The Dunblane school shooting in England, killed a lot of kids and ushered in extensive gun control.
However, with the recent revelation of pedophile rings operating in England with highly-placed people in government being involved, there are now questions as to whether or not the kids killed may have been used by pedophiles, and the banning of guns was a distraction from the real issue - cleanup of witnesses.
So what we have is "big public event" behind which "covert cover-up" is occurring as the pattern.
So Sandy Hook is "big public event: ban/control guns much more than before" -- what is the "covert cover-up" in this situation?
