The car was built by a Chinese man named Tang Zhengping ,the car runs on batteries and electric generators, which are re-charged by a large spinning fan in the front and two ‘solar energy wings’ on the back to support electricity generation.Charging takes place when the car reaches 40 mph.The car has a top speed of 86mph,this invention could make Tang millions.

At first I thought it was powered by the propeller on the front. That would be awesome because cars become less efficient at speeds about 45 mph or so due to drag. With a propeller it could perhaps just start to become more efficient at that point and especially at higher speeds.

I'm not quite sure how his car works as described, but definitely seems interesting.

And of course is in China and not the US where we just to come up with crazy ideas like this, and many times it did work.

That's whay I wont build my crazy ideas...the last one was my flying boat, one passenger, weight 230 lbs, range 350 miles, speed 110 MPH, and it coud carry 550 lbs......the one before that was the Bi-Car, picture of it already posted.
