Unintended Consequences should definitely be on everyone's reading list. The one written by John Ross (it's a popular title). Apparently out of print, with used copies starting at $143 on Amazon.

Before a rebellion there will be riots because of food shortages... and as the riots moves out towards the country side then that's when the insurrection will start.........there is no space in large cities to form and army of rebels because the army will be there, it will be like shooting fish in a barrel....the further out that they go the less law enforcers that there will be because by then they realise that they have to protect their own families.

I say that the US government will bring in mercs from the outside to fight us...will they make a deal with China? I would not put it pass them...........bring peace and will give you one third of the country.

Well worth a read and I have posted it here before. I think it will be much more damaging in real world. Thanks for posting this - people need to read this book. Very good fiction for 2A rights.
