I always knew back in 2001 when American Idol came out that we as a country were dieing from internal rot. Since then more worthless shows such as that have popped up and Boobus Idiot Americanus has eaten it up.

if you want a real indication of how bad things are, make up a facebook account. you don't have to use it, just open one and leave it blank. use a fake name, etc. if you're worried about privacy. start friending people. they don't even have to be people you know. start playing a free online game and then friend people via the game feed. soon, you'll start seeing feeds of everything they post. you'll be horrified.

The liberal anti-gun whackos who claim to be oh so touchy feely and caring, for the children, are remarkable in their ability to "turn off" said feelings when it comes to dealing with anyone, adult or child, who falls outside their perfect world view. These people are in reality heartless ideologues who are completely intolerant of anyone who does not toe their ideologic line. Yet they are completly blind to this duality in them.

A few days after the Connecticut shooting, I sent an email to an acquaintance that included the story out of Israel with the photos of young girls walking around in public with AK-47s on their shoulders, posted here at GSUS. Do you know that he responded to me angry, and proceeded to lecture me on my lack of sensitivity and compassion over the dead children; and how as a physician he expected more from me. The he said that I had better not contact him again or else.

Well, I stewed for a few days, at first willing to ignore him. Then my wife mentioned that his wife had called her about our email exchange. Well, I blew a fucking gasket. I wrote him a response, in absolute perfect King's english, and lots of big words that liberals just love to judge the writer by, and blew the bleeding heart fucker totally out of the water. The idiot is teacher in high school no less. The basic import of my response was:

You are a coward because you would blame what happened on the only inanimate objects involved, the guns, instead of the principals, a psychopathic shooter and the school administration. The latter, perhaps unwittingly, designed the perfect death trap school, a gun free zone with only one way in and out, where a single gunman had more than ample time to shoot and kills dozens of victims with absolutely no fear of repraisal.

Fucking idiot.

I did start a spoof FB page providing NO info on it, then FB started 'liking' shit for me. It also automatically logs me in with no effort on my part. Nice. That's very considerate of them.

The Daily Mail posted an extract (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2255205/Sandy-Hook-shooting-Girl-17-suspended-school-writing-poem-massacre.html) from the poem:

They wanna hold me back
I run but still they still attack

My innocence, I won’t get back
I used to smile

They took my kindness for weakness
The silence the world will never get

I understand the killing in Conecticut
I know why he pulled the trigger

The government is a shame
Society never wants to take the blame

Society puts these thoughts in our head
Misery loves company

If I can’t be loved no one can

According to NBC, a teacher found the poem and gave it to administrators who saw it fit to suspend her.

Mamboni comments: So where is the accountability of the administration? This poem is offensive? To whom? Writing a poem is grounds for suspension? The administration has absolute power to academically assassinate a student, by literal fiat. These are the same assholes who design gun free school zones and "secure" schools that the Connecticut massacre demonstrates to be perfect death traps. This girl's poem is offensive to the administration. Apparently, teaching 6th graders about venereal disease and condoms on cucumbers is A-OK, but this poem is verboten. Aparently, she had the unmitigated gall not to demand the banning of all murderous guns from society!

Mamboni, I agree with you and admire your spirit and I want to point out one thing to you. The people you call liberals are really the supporters of conformity and obedience. They are collectivists. Their targets are always people who value freedom. The individualists. You would do yourself and the world a service to abandon the left-right paradigm, and put the liberal-conservative model to bed. We have a titanic struggle going now between the control freaks and the freedom lovers. You are obviously a freedom lover, and I think most people on this forum are as well. I cannot call the collectivists freedom lovers. They have no idea what freedom is, nor do they care. They do not want to take responsibility for what they do, and they avoid it by diffusing it to the group. They are not liberals. Free yourself of that left-right paradigm. It's more relevant to be on the freedom-slavery paradigm--then you can call the enemy by his real name. No beating around the bush or imprecision in terms.

You're right Hatha. To me, liberal is a euphemism for communist-Marxist. Most liberals are useful idiots. Most of the elite leadership fo the "liberal" or "progressive left" are hardcore Marxist-socialists. Real conservatives aren't even represented in Washington in my opinion. That is how far left the compass is schewed.

Most liberals are useful idiots. As are most "conservatives"... Statist collectivism or individual freedom. The only real choices.

The Marxist/collectivists/'progressives' have hijacked the classic meaning of the term 'liberal' and have absolutely nothing in common with the classic meaning.
