Also, remember, you CAN in fact ship high cap mag PARTS to Cali leagally.

The law says that "reapair parts" may be shipped in, which means you dissasemble the magazine and send the parts. Then they arent a banned item until they are reassembled (with the intent, of course, to rivet and pin them to a capacity of 10 rounds, which would make them Ca. legal).
