Haven't heard anything about this topic for a while. Palani posed the question about paying off the original Fed Lien, which was about $500 million or something. On a per person basis, it's a small price to pay to clear their lien but it needs lawful funds.
I guess the question is, if it was or is, does it expire in 2012 or in 2032?
The Fed franchise was granted in 1913 and expired at 20 years IIRC. It was renewed into something that was given a 99 hear life span or was it?
