View Full Version : If They Come for Your Guns, Do You Have a Responsibility to Fight? MUST READ!

I feel a tremendous responsibility to write this article though I am a little apprehensive. Thinking about the possibility of rising up against our own government is a frightening thing for many of us.
I am not Johnny Rambo and I will be the first to admit that I do not want to die. The reason I feel compelled to write this, however, is simply because I don’t think the average American is equipped with the facts.
I feel that a lot of American citizens feel like they have no choice but to surrender their guns if the government comes for them. I blame traditional media sources for this mass brainwash and I carry the responsibility of all small independent bloggers to tell the truth. So my focus today is to lay out your constitutional rights as an American, and let you decide what to do with those rights.

About a month ago I let the “democracy” word slip in a discussion with a fellow blogger. I know better. Americans have been conditioned to use this term. It’s not an accurate term and it never has been a correct term to describe our form of government. The truth is that the United States of America is a constitutional republic. This is similar to a democracy because our representatives are selected by democratic elections, but ultimately our representatives are required to work within the framework of our constitution. In other words, even if 90% of Americans want something that goes against our founding principles, they have no right to call for a violation of constitutional rights.

If you are religious you might choose to think of it this way… Say that members of your congregation decide that mass fornication is a good thing. Do they have the right to change the teachings of your God? The truth is the truth. It doesn’t matter how many people try to stray from it. Did I just compare our founders to God? In a way I did, but please note that I am not trying to insult anyone. For the purpose of the American Government our constitution and founders who wrote it are much like God is to believers. It is the law. It is indisputable.

Our founders did not want a “democracy” for they feared a true democracy was just as dangerous as a monarchy. The founders were highly educated people who were experienced in defending themselves against tyranny. They understood that the constitution could protect the people by limiting the power of anyone to work outside of it much better than a pure system of popularity. A system of checks and balances was set up to help limit corruption of government and also the potential for an “immoral majority” developing within the American People. We have forgotten in this country that we are ultimately ruled by a constitution.
Why is a democracy potentially just as dangerous as a monarchy? Let’s look at something that Benjamin Franklin said because it answers that question more fully and succinctly than I can.

Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote. -Benjamin Franklin

Even 230+ years ago our founders were perceptive enough to realize that democracy was a dangerous form of government. How so? Because the citizens of a country can become just as corrupt as any government.
We have seen evidence of this throughout history. Ask Native Americans and African-Americans if this population can become corrupt.

I think in 2012 we were seeing evidence of what Franklin was trying to tell us. Just because a majority of people may support certain ideas it does not mean that those ideas are just. In simple terms, just because most Americans voted for our president, it does not mean that he has the power to go against our constitutional rights.

Next I’d like to review the text of the second amendment. It is very clear. This is the law of this land. So when Senator Feinstein or President Obama talk about taking your guns, you need to think about something.
Are they honoring their sworn oath to uphold the constitution?

A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
This is a pretty clear statement. The fact is that it took 232 years for the Supreme Court to even rule on this amendment because it has never been successfully challenged. In 2008 a case of Columbia v. Heller the Supreme Court ruled that a handgun ban in Washington D.C. was unconstitutional. One also has to take this into consideration. The Supreme Court supports your right to own guns. If you want to research this decision further you can start here (http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/data/constitution/amendment02/).

For those who try to debate the spirit of the 2nd amendment, they are truly no different from people who will try to take Biblical quotes out of context to try to support their immoral decisions. The founders were very clear on the intent of the 2nd amendment. Let me share a few quick quotes here:

The strongest reason for people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government. -Thomas Jefferson

Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the American people’s liberty teeth and keystone under independence … From the hour the Pilgrims landed, to the present day, events, occurrences, and tendencies prove that to insure peace, security and happiness, the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable . . . the very atmosphere of firearms everywhere restrains evil interference – they deserve a place of honor with all that is good. -George Washington

The Constitution shall never be construed….to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms. -Samuel Adams

I could find hundreds of quotes like these. This country was built on the right to bear arms. It was built on the rights of an individual to bear arms, regardless of what his government or neighbor happened to think.
This is crystal clear. Ironically the people who voice their opinions against this right have their free speech protected by your guns. Without guns in this country, all other amendments become null and void, simply because “We the People” will lose our power of enforcement.

We need to keep this in mind as our “representatives” try to push gun bans. I don’t care if 99% of people are in support of gun bans (which is far from the case), it is a violation of our Constitutional rights, plain and simple.

I agree with this, but at the same time I wish there was a non-violent solution. Once a war breaks out, it just feels like a trap to me.

On the one hand, we would indeed be fighting the elite. We would likely defeat them physically. But I think there is an elite above the elite that we know. And they, in my view, want wars and death. That is their ultimate goal, to provoke humans into killing each other. They don't care what the sides represent, all they care about is general destruction and mayhem. So while I totally agree with the thoughts behind the article, it still seems like a trap to me.

Like any impossible situation, we're presented with two possible outcomes to choose between: either take up arms and defend freedom, or bend over, roll over, and die. What is is the third option? There has to be one.

But we have to do something to keep our children safe. You do not need a semi automatic rifle to deer hunt.

Consider this scenario:

Civil war is part of an NWO plan to divide the USA. There are so many guns here, foreign invaders would have a tough time doing anything now. But turn those guns against each other, and like an auto-immune disorder the country destroys itself, then just needs to be mopped up.

Like the gun ban bills in the works now. On the one hand, they cause people to stockpile guns like never before. On the other hand, it would eventually lead to breakdown in obedience to government. So it seems designed not necessarily to disarm people and take them over, but to stimulate a resistance that could end in civil war, which might be what they want.

I'm thinking it would help the NWO (international) in some way, since the USA with its nationalistic attitude is an obstacle to global unification, if they could ever pull that off. Look at Egypt. People perceive corruption, were motivated (maybe by the CIA or whomever) to overthrow it, Mubarak's gone, then what …. then nothing. Life is worse, there's infighting, destabilization.

i can't speak for the rest of the country, but if my state divided itself...my half would win.

What happens when you multiply that by 1 million? 50 million? What happens is you end up with a good estimate of total casualties.

They want you guys in ones and twos. That's the easy managable divisible way. They can parade the fringe nuts on the TV and demonize them.

What is needed it lines of communication that will ensure the word gets spread nice and quick when they start a move. When the word gets out they're coming for the guns, you need solidarity. Boots on the ground. You, on mass, standing between the ones they are targetting and them. Not shooting. Just standing. Let them loose the first shot. Then the moral high ground is won.

The price of freedom is that of blood.....this is true in most countries, however, we know that no matter who wins the Zionist Jews will infiltrate the winning side and then once again take us to where we started from.

The world had no choice but to get rid for the cause of war by getting rid of ALL "those people".....and by doing so you will get rid of 80% of all wars.

If CRIMINALS come to your home to steal your stuff, should you resist?

Is this a joke?

Articles like this only prove how well trained and domesticated the people of this country have become.

Help Protect Your Watershed

http://www.co.contra-costa.ca.us/index.aspx?NID=400

A watershed is a federal area. It has a HUC number assigned. These areas all over the country are begging for PROTECTION. Patrolling a watershed comes with risks. I don't see anything at all wrong with being in a federal zone doing a service while patrolling armed.

The libs put out a call for protection. Why not give them a hand?

Lots of articles like this are needed to keep the dumb asses that don't know any better from turning in their guns if the government tells them to.

Looks to me like we've got two choices. Turn our guns over to them and then they kill us...... or take a few of them with us when they come to kill us.

I don't want to die like the christians in the Ukraine or Armenia did.

When I die I'd like to meet Jesus in heaven and send the satanists that kill me to meet their god in hell.

I committed my life to avoidence and non violence because i have lived long enough to know when a fight starts there is no guarentee that you are going to win.

You can call my momma and wife the best street walkers This side of the Rio Grande and it really wont upset me much because i realize those are just words and while words do hurt they cant kill.

But its a whole other matter when you take it upon yourself to do something to me physically because of some self percieved slight. Or you get in your fogged brain i might do something in the future so decide to take action against me today.

God knows my heart and how i carry myself but i will splitt your head wide open and snatch the remaining portion of your neck off if you attempt to mess with when i havent done anything wrong

I not for disarming because i know a unmarked mass grave is waiting for me and the rape rooms are waiting for my family

Screw dat.......Im bringing The Thunder and lots of it.

How many people resisted their guns being confiscated after Katrina? ZERO. They turned their legally owned and registered defense weapons over because a civil servant told them to.

It's easy to imagine the same scenario playing out on a national scale with the proper false flag in place.
