I still remember the very first tv show of American Banstand that took place at a basketball court in Opaloka FL...two more guys and myself were going there hickhiking and a cop gave us a ride.........the days of making out at the drive in and when could get two burgers and a Coke for therty five cents.......everyone was working and buying a house, our first house cost only $8,500..........make me sad to think what we were and where we are now.

However, I was saddened to hear that Huell Howser died recently.
