Obama can shouve the EOs up his scrawny devil ass. He has no authority above the law and he has no authority over me since he is an illegal alien, unauthorized to be president and repeatedly in violation of his oath of office.
I will call my Father any time these devils try to touch us.

Standing Ovation for the reporter that has the nerve to ask Obama, "what qualifies you to be pResident, again ?"

This comes from a self-described Constitutional law professor? The man is worse than a dictator; he is woefully ignorant of republican law and the Constitution. Congress should impeach Obama for his overstepping Constitution bounds and for abuse of power. This illegal alien interloper needs to go before there is blood in the streets.

Good points, it seems that they are after creating the maximum amount of confrontation over this gun grab. Using an obviously staged event as excuse, and not only legislation but also executive orders in contradiction to the law issued by a fraudulently elected president who is not a natural born citizen. I think their intended targets, are at least somewhat aware of these points.

Designed to cause a civil war? Perhaps no matter what gun tactic they take, they realize they'll never get them. So why not get us to turn our weapons against each other, then when we're done, just mop up whatever is left.

It's not a scary black "assault weapon", so they aren't too pissed off.
It's a revolver, ya know, for hunting, like it says in the constitution.

feinstein will be mad though, because she wants us to "turn them ALL in."
i hope i get it wednesday. i paid for it and left. they couldn't even get through to the NICS system, line was busy. they tried 4 times before i had to go.
i picked this one because it is black and is therefore automatically more evil than a stainless one. when you shoot a catridge with a black one, "evil mojo" goes over the bullet when it leaves the barrel. bullets shot out of blued or stainless barrel do not have this extra power to them.

Perhaps not a civil war, most sheep are blissfully unaware of any of the issues I mentioned, but trigger those that are aware of these issues (Sandy Hook, constitution, Obama fraud), to take desperate action to defend their constitutional rights to arms.

stolen from zerohedge:
"My understanding is the vice president's going to provide a range of steps that we can take to reduce gun violence," said Obama. "Some of them will require legislation, some of them I can accomplish through executive action. And so I will be reviewing those today, and as I said, I will speak in more detail to what we're going to go ahead and propose later in the week. But I'm confident that there are some steps that we can take that don't require legislation and that are within my authority as president, and where you get a step that, has the opportunity to reduce the possibility of gun violence, then i want to go ahead and take it." - Obama 1/14/2013
Executive Action means that Obama is going to attempt to bans guns all by himself.
And here is how he is going to probably do it.
Text from the 1934 National Firearms Act
(b) Machinegun. -- The term "machinegun" means any weapon which shoots, is designed to shoot, or can be readily restored to shoot, automatically more than one shot, without manual reloading, by a single function of the trigger. The term shall also include the frame or receiver of any such weapon, any part designed and intended solely and exclusively, or combination of parts designed and intended, for use in converting a weapon into a machinegun, and any combination of parts from which a machinegun can be assembled if such parts are in the possession or under the control of a person.
By REALLY REALLY reaching .... or can be readily restored to shoot .... can be used and made to apply to all semiautomatic weapons. After all, it only takes less than 100 grams of metal to turn a semiauto into a machinegun [using liberal logic]
And THAT is how I think he is going to do it. All semi's registered under the NFA as machineguns using an EO to further define the regulatory environment we already operate under.

doesn't matter, liberals believe ar-15s are automatic no matter what you tell them. i have posted before about my fil. i've told him at least half a dozen times and explained that it is a semi automatic weapon, but he keeps referring to it as "the automatic machine gun." as long as you can buy one, they will already think it's full auto.

it cracks me up when I tell people how democracy works and every answer is but it's based on the will of the people who are the majority.
and once the population is turned into believers of the sophistry...elected officials can do as they please without the need to get any feed back from the people other than cheers.
the losers of the game are the negatives and the winners are the positives.
and the positives rule the negatives how they see fit.
until the cheers stop...the persuasion turns into force and finally annihilation.
or total annihilation of all oposition to the policy of the total annihilaion of all opposition to the policy.
and the opposition is always the negatives vs the positives.
so they have to maintain a majority going down for it to work.
as the supply of negatives inreases...they stop and deal with them...then collaspe a bit more and turn more positives into negatives and increase the supply of negatives...and then deal with them.
that would be how a controled collapse will work.
an uncontroleld collapse is a chaos where the negatives and positives collaspe into anarchy because control was lost and the production of negatives overwelmed the supply of positives.

I'm wondering why they're not worried about the bolt guns sportsmen and hunters are using. The ones I know don't like the gun grabbers. I come in contact with prairie dog hunters who on ocasion have taken out prairie dogs at 1000 to 1200 yards with them. I think they should worry about pissing off the hunters that shoot hundreds of thousands of deer and antelope every year and don't want any one taking their guns away no matter what kind they are. The people with guns I know all say no one is going to take their guns away from them and I believe they mean it.

GOP congressman threatens impeachment if Obama uses executive action for gun control

http://cdn01.dailycaller.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Steve-Stockman-620x413-e1358202016322.jpeg
Texas Republican Rep. Steve Stockman threatened Monday afternoon that he would file articles of impeachment against President Barack Obama if he institutes gun control measures with an executive order.
Stockman warned that such executive orders would be “unconstitutional” and “infringe on our constitutionally-protected right to keep and bear arms.”
“I will seek to thwart this action by any means necessary, including but not limited to eliminating funding for implementation, defunding the White House, and even filing articles of impeachment,” Stockman said in a statement.
At his press conference Monday, Obama floated the possibility (http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/obama-some-gun-control-measures-i-can-accomplish-through-executive-action_695381.html) of using executive action to enact policies aimed at reducing gun violence.
The freshman congressman, who served one term in Congress in the mid-1990s, further labeled the possibility “an existential threat to this nation” because, he said, the purpose of the Second Amendment is to allow the people to protect themselves from tyranny. (RELATED VIDEO — Walter Williams: People misunderstand the point of the Second Amendment)
“Any proposal to abuse executive power and infringe upon gun rights must be repelled with the stiffest legislative force possible,” he added. “Under no circumstances whatsoever may the government take any action that disarms any peaceable person — much less without due process through an executive declaration without a vote of Congress or a ruling of a court.”
He concluded by claiming that an executive order would be not just “not just an attack on the Constitution,” but also an “attack on Americans.”
“If the president is allowed to suspend constitutional rights on his own personal whims, our free republic has effectively ceased to exist,” he said.

Incremental-ism.
First they ban full autos.
Then they ban "high" capacity magazines and assault rifles. Mandatory federal registration.
Then single shot bolt guns and 6-shot or less revolvers are the limit.
At that point, the right recognized by the Second Amendment has already been given up by the people, and further bans could be complete.
This would happen over years, so all the tough, real men of the world will have mostly died off.
Years from now, our hungry posterity will be digging up and turning in grandpa's rifle for another foodstamp.
That is, unless people get their shit together, and I stay fairly optimistic.

Biden’s personal gun violence outreach now includes the families of the 26 victims of the Dec. 14 school massacre in Newtown, Conn. Biden told the Monday meeting that he’s been reaching out to the families. A White House official confirmed the vice president has been in touch directly with some of the families.
“The vice president mentioned that he has called every one of the families that has lost children in Connecticut, and that the conversations have lasted no less than 45 minutes,” Speier said.
