i used to live about 10 miles from there. willowbrook mall area. it was about 1 mile north of the cutoff of "gang land" when i lived there circa 1995. it has to be deep inside gang territory by now.

Sounds like the shooting was between two people, gang banging or had issues of some kind between them.

notice how when that happened our state did not jump on the assault weapon bandwagon. that is because everyone in this state has a shitpile of rifles.
