I got flight training instruction from the Luftwaffe in 1970 at Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls Texas in 1970. I was in the US Air Force pilot training program at the time. The flight training facility at Sheppard belonged to the Luftwaffe under an agreement that would contribute to the balance of payments between Germany and the US. The Germans needed to train their pilots in a place where the weather was conducive to pilot training year round. They didn't always have enough German trainees, so they took on the job of training American pilots. This was during the Vietnam war. I have to give the Germans credit for outstanding piloting skills, and training methods. Had to show up for training at 4:30 AM which lasted until 3:30 PM. They locked the doors at 4:30 AM, and their motto was "Better never than late."

I seriously doubt that the Germans are in the US to perform any tasks related to Martial Law. If martial law is imposed here, they will likely be the first to go home. If anybody shoots at Americans under martial law, it will be security contractors working for Blackwater, or XO, or whatever they are called now. Also death squads funded and organized by black budget agencies of the US Government. The large problem I have with the story in the OP is that they are bragging about what they would do. If you were in Germany and your job was to kill Germans, would you brag about it to the Germans?
