Ground clutter around the radar site. It happens sometimes if the conditions are right. The center of the green circle is where the radar station is.

The map is made up of several radar sites, and the green circle is one of those sites. And the size of the circle shows the coverage of that one site.

Sometimes you can see this happening on large weather maps that are made up of a bunch of radar sites.

Had never seen that before, rather spooked me! Though it's obvious when you see huge chemtrails (or comets?) tracing across hundreds of miles! lol

Yep!

It sometimes is not easy to find the domes, but if you use google earth and these images you can find the radar station at the center of all of these bulls eyes that the photos show.

You notice those 'blue sweeps/streaks/comet tails'? I'm thinking those are huge chemtrails... (thanks for the screenshot)
