Here is the form for the writ of quo warranto. You direct it to the sheriff of your county instructing him to summons anyone to your court who you suspect might not be holding office lawfully.

Taken from A Digest of the Laws of Pennsylvania ... page 849 ... found here http://books.google.com/books?id=qJRDAAAAcAAJ&pg=PA848&dq=quo+warranto+form&hl=en&sa=X&ei=h2oKUebIO4imqgGOw4HABQ&ved=0CDUQ6AEwAQ#v=onepage&q=quo%20warranto%20form&f=false
Why not instruct the sheriff of your county to cause Obama to appear in your court? Chances are he won't have the opportunity to serve it but if all sheriffs in the U.S. of A. had one of these writs handy the pretender in chief would have many fewer places to waste the taxpayers travel dollars on.
In case you have a local sheriff sympathetic to your agenda this might be an opportunity to introduce yourself to him.

If you want to depose (dethrone) the sheriff the preceding form should be directed to the coroner of the county. Chances are your county will not have a coroner as they have elected to leave this office vacant and instead fill an office called 'medical examiner'. If this is the case you really ought to get busy and find someone to fill the office of coroner else the sheriff will have no check on his authority.

The sheriff has no discretion when it comes to executing writs. He MUST perform the act specified or may be charged himself with dereliction of duty.

From a book entitled 'The Practice of the Office of Sheriff and Under Sheriff' available from Google books.
[on a side note .. this reminds me of an incident that happened after hurricane Andrew in Miami. The coast guard admirals quarters is adjacent to the Miami zoo. The admiral was at work taking care of business when his aid calls "Admiral, the roof has blown off your quarters and there are monkeys running through the building." The admiral thought the aid was joking so replied "shoot the monkeys". The aid had no choice but to obey orders. He had no discretion. The admiral was a bit contrite upon hearing of the slaughter. Neither does the sheriff have any discretion about obeying or returning writs such as these.]

I sent a writ of quo warranto to the sheriff of an adjoining county directing him to bring to court two county attorneys. In Iowa the office of county attorney was abolished in 1971 by constitutional amendment (31). The charge against me was harassing a public official.
As a direct result of the writ the charge was dropped. I was not harassing anyone at all and even if I had been the office was non-existent.
I guess I was a tad nasty to the sheriff. I assigned him a job that was not possible for him to do. Sort of like instructing him to go out and find a Martian for me.

I think it is a good idea to know what political powers one holds and what powers one is lacking in. Experimenting is a good way to determine your limitations.
I already know mine. Thanks for asking.
