Fort Hood Soldier Who Accidentally Killed Buddy Pleads Gulity

FORT HOOD, Texas (AP) - A Fort Hood soldier has pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter, saying he shot his friend accidentally while trying to scare away his hiccups.

Fort Hood officials say Spc. Patrick Edward Myers, of Spartanburg, S.C., was sentenced Thursday to 3½ years in military prison. He also was busted to private and will receive a bad-conduct discharge.

Myers fatally shot Pfc. Isaac Lawrence Young in September while they were watching a football game at a Killeen apartment. Myers told police he thought the weapon had dummy rounds and was trying to scare his friend so his hiccups would stop.

Young, of Ash Grove, Mo., was 22.

The case was tried in military court on the Central Texas Army post because the victim and suspect were soldiers.

3 1/2 years for shooting a guy point blank to scare him? Yeah, I'll say he got off easy.

Yeah, but he was busted to private as well. That means he'll have to work extra hard becoming a sharp shooter on the Police Force SWAT Team.

Take two Q Tips place one up each nostril this stimulates the Vagus nerve that controls The Diaphram. After that drink a small container of crushed ice. The hiccups will subside well before the container is finished.

Problem solved, everybody Lives.

If hiccups occure near a oxyacetylene setup.. While the hiccup-er is not looking find a

1. plastic bag or balloon

2. Take torch and light and adjust for best flame (blue in blue) and use glove/rag to blow/wipe out flame, without turning off gas mixture.

3. Fill bag/balloon with gas mixture and seal.

4. While victim has attention else where, place container near them and find some way to light ( used to do this while someone was welding or cutting and bb's would set off)

5. Huge BOOM! And it will very in size by the container size.

6. Run like hell!

No shrapnel to hurt anyone, have also paper toilet paper tubes.
