Wonder if he saw it coming?
I'm convinced we ALL see it coming, some of us see it further in advance than others.
According to former DOD CRVer Lyn Buchanan, Ingo was VERY advanced by 2003, to the degree that he remarked to Lyn: "Humanity is not ready for this (remote viewing on the level he had achieved)."

Back in the olden days we used to call it astroplaning, of course you needed a little mescaline to achieve lift off and, you could do more than just view.

Nobody could've possibly foreseen the influx of deflationists after 911 from before 1987.
And on mescaline it would've been even more terribly depressing.

You have to witness yourself, before you can remote view.
