Can not do, havent had any Cuban food in 15 years....arroz con pollo, carne con papas, bisteck con arrow y frijoles... to me hell is to think about it and not having them.......I could go to Miami to have all that but by the time that I would get back home I would find it empty :(

Right around the corner there's a great little Cuban place, dudes sit out front, drink and play dominoes, looks/sounds like they have a blast.

I made black beans and rice recently using cumin, and some pork, plus a good dose of red chili (not authentic, but good). It turned out pretty tasty.
