"A seven-year-old boy from Colorado has been suspended from school after he lobbed an imaginary grenade on the playground while pretending to be a hero soldier.

Alex Evans, of Loveland, said he was playing a make-believe game called 'rescue the world' during recess at Mary Blair Elementary School, which resulted in his removal from class after officials said he broke a key rule.

The second-grader explained that he tossed an imaginary grenade into a box containing made-up forces of evil, and made the sound 'pshhh' to indicate that the explosive had detonated. "

Well, didn't you write before, joboo... someone might sue the school if they don't do something to curtail these types of childhood behaviors?
Next thing you know this kid might bring a bubble gun to class.

That is still a living reality, however there is nothing at all in this scenario other than thoughts. Lawyers love props, and tangible evidence.

Living reality? Tangible evidence? LOL... Of what? WTF is a bubble gun tangible evidence of? If it is then this kid throwing his arms out to his side is a very explosive gesture. That must be evidence of intent to blow up a sandbox. Better get the team of psychologists to anal-lyze the boy.

I think you've been drinking too much Brawndo.

Lawyers will prosecute infinitely, and win, over a paperclip with a booger on it v.s. something invisible.

Evidence v.s no evidence. How does that work in court for you. I'm merely stating the obvious no matter how ridiculous it may seem.
