Da Judge (Napolitano) is an exception to the rule. The rule is that the active judiciary in America is corrupt beyond redemption. The courts are like the cops. They have no obligation to protect anybody, they are UNaccountable, and they make up the law on the fly. Anyone who has any faith that the judiciary is going to save this country is going to be sorely disappointed.

i met a retired judge at the Internet cafe the last few mornings.

she bought a paper, spread it out on the table where i was working.

then another woman walked over and tried to look at the headlines.

the retired judge, an older woman, had a surprisingly tantrum-like hissy-fit - about someone just looking at the headlines on her paper !
