“If we were overzealous in forcing them to disclose what they had created, they wouldn’t bring it into our state,” he said.

sounds like the solution to me. This planet is being toxified. It's as if they are terraforming the planet to support an alternative type of lifeform.

It isn't just about what they are injecting, it also is about what they are releasing and the lack of control they have over the movement of that stuff once it's released and what that stuff in turn can do pollution wise.

There is no way to remediate the damage they are doing. They are insane.

I knew of a guy who used to go around to farmers to sell them on the use of atrazine to control grass in crops. He would proclaim that it was so safe you could drink it and he would pour a glass and drink it in front of them. He said the only downside was when he pee'd on the lawn it would kill that section of lawn and his wife would complain.

Later we heard he died from liver disease.

There has been heavy fracking here a bit south from me that have been stirring up a stink, earthquakes and ruining the freshwater water table from Longview and places south from there. The barnett shale and haynesville plays come to mind, centered around panola county.

Gas coming out of water taps ruining water wells that were sweet and now not, earthquakes that are damaging older buildings. And of course the oil/gas producers are saying ....

Not us we did not cause any of this.

And that guy in the o/p is a complete idiot drinking that frack fluid unless it was not the real thing.

Not all operators are as careful as some when it comes to fracking
