Who ever said you need to out maneuver the Su-35 to shoot it out of the sky?

So the "do all Su-35 fighter" is a crappy "do all fighter" when a cheap, in comparison, missiles is more than capable of out maneuvering the "do all crappy Su-35 fighter".
The russians are already outdated. Just talked with a retired navy F18 pilot who said the US doesnt need manned fighters and are reducing its manned fighter fleet when drones are capable of knocking out anything the russians can throw at it.
Russia doesnt have the electronic warfare edge nor the missile technology we have.
