Can't import a pistol scope mount for some reason

I really want a mako usm pistol mount but i can't seem to find any seller that is willing ship it outside of the US because of export restrictions.. seeing a lot of that bullcrap lately.

But, if i order a airsoft thingie then that is OK.

I don't want a scope mount like this, because it's ruins the esthetics of the gun.. not only that but it seems weak. Lots of Chinese sellers of those so it wouldn't be a problem to import though.
