Three dead qualifies as a 'mass shooting'...right? AP/yayhoo pegs it at 'several dead'.

Interesting how almost all of these shootings end with the shooter shooting himself. Almost makes you think they are staged. Especially if there are no pictures of the carnage.

when are we, as a society, going to admit that this shit just happens sometimes, and has in one form or another since the dawn of man? not everyone is a stable, well adjusted worker bee. yeah, it sucks and it's tragic but we have a better chance of getting struck by lightning twice than to be on the receiving end of one of these "mass shootings".

And while you may not be able to protect yourself against getting struck by lightning, you certainly can protect yourself from deranged killers on the loose, simply by arming yourself with enough force to be able to repel such aggression from you and your family.

I was watching a MASH episode the other day. It had a thing about 3 guys injured from the same outfit. One was reading "catcher in the rye". It wasn't about women and it wasn't about whiskey so he wasn't happy. One of the other guys went post traumatic stress on everyone else. Cue army shrink.
