the story in the first vid is a couple years old, the family got $10 mil from the city (seattle I think) of course that doesn't bring the victim back, on another forum I use to visit, happens to be a legal forum, theres a CHP cop that's a member and throws his opinion out a lot, pretty much ALL the regular members are Complete left-wing Ass-Holes, I posted a query when this story came out and posted the video, that cop replied, "well he ran", indeed he did run, but my query was why use so much force on a small guy, the cop it said went around 260-270lbs, the victim was about 155lb, the member cop said, "when we show up, we show up to win" he also said (after watching the video) the victim took a agressive posture, I said it looked like he took a defensive posture, after all what do you do when someone running at you full speed and outweighs you by 120lbs?, absolutely no remorse or "he could've done it another way" and of course all the asshole members sided with the cop, I guess the best we cna do is hope that bastard gets hit by a bus
