View Full Version : Remember.......... V

Remember today what yesterday was......because......you will never see it again.

In the yesterday we used to play ball outside and in the today our parents could
get arrested for allowing us to be outside alone.

In the yesterday we used to deliver the newspaper and in the today a grown up
must go with us.

I the yesterday we used to talk to our pafrents (I did) and in today we won't even
answer them.

In the yesterday a dollar to go to the movies on Sunday was a fortune with .25
cents for the movie, .25 cents for the hamburger and .10 for a Coke....and today?
not even a Coke..........A bottle of Coke at Wally's is $1.79 now days.

So..........how did all this came about?......by control in getting the people ready
for what is to come......everyone is on the road leading to 1984

There must be a reason for prices to go up and it all starts with the bankers........

The bankers want more interest for a loan made to a farmer, so that the farmer
must increase his prices in order to stay afloat.

So where is all this going to end? ....... only the people can end it by having a
DEVOLUTION.......to return at once to what we were at one time.

But of course this won't happen.......unless.....we start from the beginning, and
that would mean going back 100 years...which will happen, even if we don't like it.

My mind finds itself like a rabbit, running all over the place trying to find a safe
place.

What will happen? I don't know......and I can only hope........for the best.

It is a sad, sad day.

The Man in Black fled across the desert, and the Gunslinger followed... shit that was a long time ago, he ever finish those books

those rounds are good looking, but still hard to debate whats better fine silver rounds or minted legal tender from the Treasury.
if im just storing value i think i will take the round, but if im going to spend, i think legal tender is better in the cases of dealing with the uninformed- but on the same token(cheep pun) i rather trade services to those who couldn't see the writing on the wall i dont feel them worthy of true treasure

That is a record I hope never to be repeated.

I don't believe the dark tower series was completed.
Those books were many years in the making, and an excellent fictional offering.
Arguably some of King's best work, IMO

Arguably some of King's best work, IMO I have the entire original series of books. And I do wonder if King is finished also.

I reread them every couple of years....Glad I kept them as I got them because when a new one came out, it was necessary to reread the first ones to pull the story together.

And agree about his best work, but hard to wrap your mind around at first.
