I am not sure what to make of this?

I mean the fact that they are openly admitting there is manipulation is ominous, imagine if they came out and admitted 9/11 or chemtrails...

would anyone be celebrating? or would you be like "what is the agenda"?

No one would care if the government did that. It's only news if the old media (MSM) reports it, and is backing the narrative.
