The first video is a bit of a barn burner in what they're saying, and how it's presented.

They make some rather huge, yet compelling, claims on cancer. First time I'm seeing it.

I have a student at the community college where I teach who swears by the stuff. He uses it on a daily basis and it really helps him be his best. So, he is taking my remedial high school level math class for a second time since he failed the first time. He is looking to fail again this time. He has a hard time showing up, but when he does he is stoned. That marijuana is some good stuff. Everyone should smoke it for success in life. At least he is getting some nice financial aid from we the tax payers to loaf around school and smoke marijuana.

I could also point to a priest who fucks kids, an alcoholic who beats his wife, or a volunteer with CPS who harms families.

Ultimately there is no such thing as guilt by association. Let individuals stand on their own merits. If you think taking a certain substance forces you into a mold, and doesn't allow you to act on individual merits, you have cognitive problems. It is a logical fallacy to say that because someone is involved with xyz group or takes xyz substance, they will be a certain way.

People are in balance or out of balance before they ever try cannabis. Those in balance will stay in balance and those out of balance will fall FURTHER out of balance. Big surprise your boy at the community college is failing math? He'd be failing even if he was sober, he's just not a hard worker. Not cannabis' fault. There are people at princeton and yale who are smoking cannabis and they are doing theorhetical physics and nano-technology vapor-coating. The substance doesn't define who you are, it just emphasizes who you are even more. A failure of a person will be a failure before and after cannabis use. An awesome person will be awesome before and after using. How hard is this to understand, I mean really.

Want to talk about math? Carl Sagan wrote that marijuana was fantastic and should be used by responsible adults, and he made several original discoveries in astronomy and physics. What have you done for the field of mathematics?

How is studying cannabidiol, a non psychoactive element, and how it shows the potential to heal the body from cancer, a distraction?

I guess you think someon would be less distracted if they were dead, rather than still being alive, and using MJ.

The worst thing is when someone that has little to no experience with MJ thinks they should have a say as to what others do with it. It reminds me of the whole liberal gun control mindset.

Documentary was good, it started the same as another I saw a while back but after that it was different. Even my wife (who pretended to not pay attention) was looking up the info she heard on her PC and couldn't debunk it.

This attitude is destructive. Overcome the idea that recreational plant use is something that cannot be done by a whole & awake person.


Take their power away completely by not allowing them to deem it immoral or moral. Just take it out of the dialogue entirely, give the power back to yourself.


The plant has been around longer than the Hebrews. Don't let them run your life by letting them decide how you should explore your own mind.

Call out agendas where you see them. You swear like nobody in the truth movement has ever tried it. If anything I think that straight-edge society has done the majority of the enabling of the beast system.
