make sure you have a camera handy and a witness or several.

Posted notice at the local federal courthouse the old fashioned way ... taping a notice outside the building. Guy comes running out, pulls a switchblade and cuts down my notice. Asks why I don't post it inside on the bulletin board inside the building and I tell him I really don't want the hassle of being metal detected and scanned. Also, restricting access to a public notice bulletin board sort of defeats the purpose (but I didn't have time to suggest this before he acted).
I figure service to the agent is service to the principal so the clock starts ticking 1 minute after I hung my notice. Talk about a fortuitous incident.
Note the finely manicured nails, the soft flesh of the palms. This guy is not a hardcore worker.

How about a legible pic of the legal notice in question? Would like to read it
If a notice is removed, does it still count as service?

Probably nothing that would interest you. A fellow I know identified some abandoned property and has adopted it in a legal maneuver called 'freehold abatement'. Just asking for anyone with a superior claim to present it.
If a notice is removed, does it still count as service? Should you ever have occasion to be evicted the act will start with a notice placed on your door. Whether you remove it or not the clock starts from the moment the notice is placed. The fact that this guy cut it down and didn't return it to me is pretty damning evidence that he accepted process.
Process serving can be a very hazardous occupation. Some process servers refuse to take on the job of having anything to do with serving judges, courts or 'lawmen'. Even cops have been known to throw tickets into a car's open window and run.
This guy was clueless. He helped me out immensely.

Actually I beleive you're clueless.
This notice will not do a damn thing....it'll get squashed in court.
You're trying to avoid a legal conflict where a conflict is sure to arise. Court is the setting for legal conflicts....you know this palani.
If the property is abandon the state is next in line of ownership as 14th amendment citizens are subject to that jurisdiction.
I mean really palani.........you talk ignorant legaleeze out of one side of your mouth and then demonstrate you dont follow along with your own ignorant advise out the other side of your mouth.
You cant have it both ways, but apparently you think your entitled to both ways.

Oddly it appears to me as if you are offering legal advice.
Say this is not so!!

You might desire to examine more closely your presumptions here. These are the assumptions that will prevent you from reaching your full potential (should you have any potential at all ... doubtful).

Legal advice huh?
If me saying the notice will get squashed in court is offering legal advice when you are telling everyone how to "physically" notice the government by taping a paper notice on government property is not legal advice itself is well.......something magicians do on tv all the time....its the same ole aged trick of dont pay attention of what my hands are doing, keep your eyes on what I'm saying slight of hand magical move.
And yet you havent even come close to reaching ANY success in any of your legal word-salad mumbo jumbo you espouse on this forum. With you Palani its one undocumented legal offering advice THEORY after another with no success...........you're lost in the law Palani......LOST!
Funny that you think this about me Palani..........I have stopped the W4 from legaly taking any of my earnings in the form of withholdings and deductions from my pay check....and hey.................wouldnt you know I'm paid in fiat frns as well......so much for your theory that endorsing fiat credit is the cause of withholdings and deductions and filing a 1040 by the 15th of April of each year.
It would do you some good palani if you are going to offer legal advice maybe you should read the laws to see if any of your word-salad legal offering theories have any substance to them by researching the statutes and regulations.....but hey thats just my advice to you palani.
One last thing here Palani..........why are you giving attention to the "finely manicured nails, the soft flesh of the palms"? Are you setting the stage that anyone working in government with "finely manicured nails, the soft flesh of the palms" is your enemy?
I think you are personally being biased here to give any credence to "finely manicured nails, the soft flesh of the palms" as if this has anything to do with anything.
I work pulling fiber optics and copper wire all over where I work. PPE requires us to wear gloves along with a hardhat, steeltoe metatarsal safety boots, safety glasses and ear plugs.........my hands look alot like this guys hands...and I work my ass off!

I am unfamiliar with any method that might be used by the court to 'squash' anything (maybe a bug). Could you advise me on how they 'squash' a legal notice? Maybe you mean they will incinerate it? Please advise.

So you peaked early and stopped any further intellectual advancement. Could you tell me something I didn't already know?

Could you point out where I have offered any legal advice? Whereas you seem to be full of it (not talking about legal advice here).

I am saying that people who work for a living have calluses and tend to smell like a sweathouse rather than a whorehouse.

Ohhhhh....looky there GSUS'ers Palani is deflecting once again!.....
Hahaha....pig law huh?
The only thing that smells is your multitude of theories that which you cannot and have not documented.
Since you are accusing me of offering legal advice tell me where have I offered this so called "legal advice" Palani....or are we to assume your projecting that "pig smell" once again?
Peaked early huh?
Hahahahah.....thats all you can say huh?
I guess thats all one can expect from the ignorant.
I think you peaked early Palani by posting all these theories and not fully researching any of them.
I told you about listening and beleiving the theories of people like David Merrill Vanpelt, but some people are hell bent on making themselves look like legaleeze arm chair lawyer idiots that they are.
No more Latin reciting huh Palani?
Yeah it made you look ignorant anyway....all hat and no horse!

I guess you don't know how the court is going to 'squash' anything then? Why did you bring up the topic if you are ignorant on it?
