dye-bomb the windshield with black paint, then molotov those big 700 lb wheels, run up, duck down and throw a cross-bar across the back door and none of them can get out since that's the only entry or I guess you could take that big front end loader and turn it over

Don't worry, this is only for high risk warrent services for all of New Mexico and West Texas...for deploying teams into houses. But they can go anywhere in the US to assist other teams.
We should have nothing to fear...right?
Of cource there's always an odd chance a mistake could happen and they deploy their teams to the wrong house.

I predict the appearance of IEDs in the wake of these DHS tanks. They will be turned into very expensive BBQ pits.

Does anybody remember Rumsfeld's 'psychological armor'? I somehow doubt that these vehicles will be much protection for the high risk warrant servers. They have to go home at close of business.
