View Full Version : Shocking Revelations about Obamacare come January 1, 2014

Mamboni disclaimer: I cannot personally verify the shocking information herein. Here is a very distilled down summary: On Jan 1, 2014, every physician in America will be required to upload diagnostic codes for each patient in real time to a central database in Washington DC run by one of the Obama-appointed health czars. These codes will be processed in real time using "relative cost-effectiveness algorithms" and government-approved treatment codes will be generated and transmitted to the physician. The physician will be "required" to administer the exact treatments ordered by Washington. Any deviation by the physician in following orders will result in a first offense fine of $100,000.00. A failure to follow government orders a second time will result in arrest and imprisonment....of the treating physician. Like I said, this is the first I'm hearing of this and I cannot vouch for it's accuracy. I will be talking to colleagues in the AM because according to Lindsay Williams, ACA Instruction Packets have already been mailed nationally to every physician in the country (I didn't get one but I'm behind on reading my mail).

Here's Dr' Janda to explain it all:

Here's Dr. Janda's full 20 minute talk:

Here's the Lindsay Williams audi interview. He claims that 40% of doctors and nurses plan to quit medicine by 2014 because of Obamacare. This sounds like an exaggeration to me. You be the judge:

Nothing like having a centrally planned economy it's bound to work well with healthcare right? *sarcasm*

If this is true and you have to follow the recommendations or 'die' Then you would not need to carry malpractice insurance. As a matter of fact I can then simply follow the recommendation and be a 'doctor'. Sounds pretty simple to me. No longer a need to study or take years of useless classes.

Well this makes no sense, at all. The way I interpret this, is they don't view patients as people, but rather give us diagnostic codes, sent to some computer in washington, to decide what's best for us. So, either 15 appointed .gov goons, or a computer, can decide what's best for me, rather than my doctor.

I have a hard time believing this story.

The reason doctors make the big bucks, is that people are very complex, and have individual needs. By giving people diagnostic codes, like you would a computer, makes it seem like people are not human at all.

The only people that will be in the healthcare profession are two types

The ones that are up to their eyeballs in debt so they have to pay it off

The ones that dont give a rats ass.

Either way if you get sick after 2014 you are in for a world of hurt

Not to worry. The physician is held to the standards of HIPAA and cannot disclose patient information to ANYONE. It is a 'civil' right.

Health Information Privacy

The Office for Civil Rights enforces the HIPAA Privacy Rule, which protects the privacy of individually identifiable health information; the HIPAA Security Rule, which sets national standards for the security of electronic protected health information; and the confidentiality provisions of the Patient Safety Rule, which protect identifiable information being used to analyze patient safety events and improve patient safety.

Look ... they have a PIE CHART. You cannot lie about information displayed in PIE format.

There is much wisdom in your words, TT.

A word to the wise: "Don't get sick."

In the eyes of the government, each person is a coswt center, a human resource, to be mined and retired when he is no longer cost-effective to operate.

my last doctor lost my medical records from 2011, and falsified records from the appointment i had in 2012, claiming to have done an exam he didn't do.

i was waiting to see if i liked him. that question has been answered.

now, i have no primary care physician. i plan to keep it that way.

i do have a clinic i can go to if i need stitches or something.

I spoke to a colleague this AM, a general surgeon, and he received no Obamacare instruction packet nor does he know anything about this. I'm thinking that Pastor Williams and Dr. Janda may be guilty of sensationalizing the issue.

Thanks for the update.

I don't think there's any way such a system could be put in place overnight, but if there is even one subset of medical decisions which are made centrally, that will only grow over time.

They will start small such as creating codes for everything. Then they'll make you submit the codes in real time for legal/tracking/insurance or whatever reasons they come up with. Easy enough, just submit the codes.

Then, for very obvious things where there aren't many variables, there will be central decisions made. Then it will slowly spread.

That's one scenario anyway. But I don't think it can be implemented too quickly.

That may be the general direction, but it won't happen overnight. Likewise I doubt that an economical collapse will happen immeditelly it will take decades to play out. I used to think that it could happen overnight or in short order, and possibly it was close in 2008, but they just have controll of the economy, they can keep the shit going for long. If the dislocations become to great they plaster over the problem with multiple trillions, they keep those trillions from trickling down to the masses, and so they keep price inflation at bay...

Pacify the masses with TV programming, psychotropic drugs so they don't care they are significantly poorer...
