I believe this. FDNY is pissed, their radios didn't work as well, and many died in the 2nd building collapse because they had no working radios. They were set up to fail. A good book describing this is Last Man Down, written by a FDNY chief who was in the 2nd tower as it collapsed. He's the man who despite no communication with the IC, ordered an immediate evacuation of the building. He was the last person as they helped people down the stair well when the collapse happened. Powerful book he wrote.

I think it was, more or less, a practice run for the Bolshevik revolution that killed the aristocracy in Russia. Financed by the Jew Banksters, of course. As usual they hold a loose control, tight enough to maintain thier control of currency but loose enough that unintended consequences occur.

They are in a position where holding too tightly will alarm and ready the host for an immune response, yet holding too loose allows some lattitude of action to the host, such as helping the American revolutionaries.
