Her story: she shot him BEFORE cutting his throat and stabbing him; ME's report states he was shot AFTER she carved him up. If her story about being 'abused' was true, then why lie about the sequence of events?? Regardless, all the wounds add up to a shitload of emotion involved. I'm not buying her version of events, way too many things don't add up. The bitch is dangerously crazy.

It's hard to rationalize in a case of a tramatic event like that. I think it's possible she is suffering mentally and most likely does not have her full faculties. Pretty hard to relate to.
Women have killed their abusive husbands throughout history...does it make a difference if the killing was done with 3 stabs, or 40?

All I can go by, is Fox News persuading public opinion that she's an evil killer and should be put to death.

She is sorta good looking, but for dam sure when it comes to her dealing with life and people she has something missing that most have that acts like an inhibitor (conscious or soul) that keeps us all from blowing the shit out of everyone that pisses us off.

Some would call her crazy, but I think not.

She seems to lack something that most of us have, empathy for others and a personal rage that she acted out on someone that pissed her off.

That camera busted her big time, without the cam and the time stamps, she may have been able to get away with it.

I think she had been abused

I would convict her, not sure about the death penalty

it was a long long attack, and she had done some odd things before the attack, loaded gas cans, etc

which showed some forethought

I haven't followed the case just bits and pieces, I'd vote to convict though, too many "red flags", the attack was brutal and what I'd say was an overkill and why do you take pictures of your boyfriend you just killed? Didn't she mutilate him too? I'm thinking also since she used a knife, ala oj chimpson, she wanted to get personal revenge....a knife is much more personal than a gun, she should be put away, I think she is like chimpson in the way that she can't control her anger or rage
