I could not decide what this should be called

I'm just supposing here, considering and mulling over things.

The train of thought goes like this. In the eyes of the law, by ancient practice or perhaps by lex mercatoria, the practice and customs of mechants or probably with some certainty the bible itself says that some one born a bastard has no right to the hereditary elements of Estate.

This means anyone who is a bastard, meaning born outside of holy matrimony has no rights to claim or bequeath an estate. They cannot claim the estate of another not establish an estate for their heirs and successors.

So my question is, what gives rise to bastardy? The obvious one is a child born outside of wedlock.

There is an opinion out there that a church that claims tax exempt status is not actually a church for 2 reasons. 1) it takes FRN's or other ungodly things as tribute. Bibilical law says tribute should be 1/10th of the increase.

Churches cannot accept anything other than FRN's as tribute by the force of their tax exempt status claims.

Churches are potentially constrained in what they can say and do by virtue of the force of their tax exempt status claim.

Churches can only perform statutory civil marriage services for which a license is required, again, by virtue of the force of their tax exempt status claim.

The question there fore is, is a statutory civil mariage under licence a holy matrimonial event?

I don't think it is. I think that means that all children born into these unions are not legitimate children and in the eyes of the law have no rights to any hereditary claims for estate.

I wonder how that affects us? I can think of a couple possible ways such as inheritance taxes.
