I think Bill Still is right to some degree. We are no longer nation states, we are colonies.

I've never liked the idea of a gold backed currency. Unless the actual gold is in the currency itself...like gold foil between layers of the paper bills...anything else would greatly benefit the bankers.
I would like gold to be a competing currency like Ron Paul has always suggested, where it would be made more easily redeemable and universally acceptable for settling debts. For now, I'm content to have it as a store of wealth and private barter.

They will possibly try to hijack the Gold/Silver movement (which should grow considerably) and provide their false solution. It will be like when they hijacked the Tea Party. Stay vigilant.

Few are listening to him. It's a shame. I think he's one of the most brilliant minds in the economics arena.

Here's his official YouTube channel if you're not subscribed:

Because if it became a standard, the only one that would have it would be .gov.

Silver kinda throws a curve ball in there as it always has.

Cyprus has caught hell, I am reading now the accounts of the German paratrooper invasion of that country from their viewpoint. They initially had there asss handed to them.

but the people had "grit" they payed for it, but they fought.

Book change your avatar, that booger thing is a good choice, but you have a better style "proven" than what you are doing now.

Just a suggestion!

Butt fuck! ;D

Bill Still has the right idea. The money system should be a public utility, owned by the public. He advocates having the government run this system, and that would be fine with me if there was a way to exorcise the corruption and evil that has beset the government. And that leads to the idea of purging the world of the idea that privately owned central banks should control the issuance of money. They have controlled it long enough to own all the resources, and made it extremely difficult to remove them from this monopoly. They will not relinquish their power so easily. Bill Still doesn't deal with this issue of a transition to a new money system. That is a huge political issue--not an economic one.

It is one thing to point out the deficiencies of the status quo, and propose a way to overcome them. It is another, much more difficult thing to sweep away the status quo. For that you need widespread popular resistance to the status quo, which is effectively a revolution. Bill Still's idea would require a revolution to implement.

I'd like to hear more from him on how he would clear the way for implementation of a change in the money system.

Bill Still would only need one Bill on Capitol Hill, No?

Guess he could call it a Reconstitution of the Constitution bill, still?

Its as easy as green eggs & ham.

Won't you eat them?

I bought 10 copies and distributed them to all the local libraries Henderson, LeSueur, St.Peter, Gustavus, Gaylord, Belle Plaine. Not one library allowed this fine documentary to be put up on their shelves. I got many excuses, none of which made any sense, so much for freedom in America, even our libraries are censored.

BS reminds me of Ted Butler.

He is very smart but EXTREMELY navieve.

When i watched the Money Masters he was advocating some form of tally sticks or "entrusting" congress to print interest free money.

He us daydreaming to even believe something like is going to happen short of a war.

When the Federal Reserve stole the nation, it was done like a thief in the night.

Smooth.

The Reverse is just as easy.

I don't believe he was advocating tally sticks, he just explained that they had been used successfully.
