hard to tell. The top of the head/hairline is very smooth. Could indicate an edit there. There doesn't appear to be any editing around the neck line which is another area where it might show up as photoshopped. I wonder about the position of the head. While it looks like the mattress is lifted up in the head and neck area there are no creases in it's covering as there are next to other parts of the body, suggesting that the head is not resting on the mattress. Difficult to tell what that means if anything. You would expect that if it was a picture of someone else, that their head would leave creases in the mattress material.
