That would be 60 Euros, not FRN. Currently bitcoins are approx. $75 each. There's no doubt that this is because of Cyprus, and Europe in general. We've heard stories before about people rushing to get their money out of the bank and into gold & silver, and there's not a single coin to be had in the whole city. Well, if you can't buy precious metal, bitcoins are not a bad alternative. For those people who want to get out of the country with their cash intact, bitcoin may be the only alternative.
