It seems to me that from this point moving forward, atheism and theism must cease to exist as sweeping concepts because we now know that the term "God" was never properly defined in the first place.

The term "God" is an invocation. It is not a specific being or intelligence being referred to here. You would invoke a "spirit" by using the term "god" but you would then need to specify exactly which one you are invoking. Jewish people know this. Satanic people know this. Christians don't seem to know this for the most part. The ones that do usually invoke the jewish god through ignorance. You might get away with invoking the LORD god ALMIGHTY. I think that pretty much nails down who you are invoking. Top guy, the big kahuna, the God above all other gods.

Reading some of the esoteric materials and digests could prove useful in respect of the concepts here. These are age old concepts from the occultated and esoteric "sciences". "The Secret" is one such age old element of the "Mysteries". It's only mysterious to the uninformed. Anyone exposed to a moderate level of esotrica will know that it is the concept of doing a deal with the devil.

Read Manly P Hall's work on the Hidden Mysteries. Nicely explained in a way that should leave no one in doubt. If you are unfamiliar with The Secret, it's the practice of wishing for something and having it given to you "by the universe" without the price tag being exposed to you. I better stop here. off topic a bit.

Could you define what your god is? I am curious.

Also could you tell me how you know all of this to be true? Or do you use that wonderful word "Faith"? I dont believe that there is a man like being that sits in heaven and casts judgement on all of us. While it seems like a nice thing.... I cannot accept it as I have ZERO proof that anything like god or heaven actually exist. I dont take things just by faith alone....

I see all religion to be an elaborate control devise that has been used by people to control other people. The deeper we go into quantum mechanics the more we find that things are not what they seem.... I dont know what this reality really is all about ... but I do know that the religions of today will not be the religions of tomorrow... just as the religions of the past are not the religions of today.

I say believe as you wish.... just dont criticize others beliefs in the promotion of what you may believe..
