I doubt anyone on marijuana would do that. Try bath salts.
I'm surprised marijuana isn't legal actually, and pushed by the media. It mellows folks out. Easy to take them into fema camps when they are mellow and high.

Book believes that telling people, on pain of imprisonment, what to do with their own body, is a good idea. The fact is that if drugs were legal, people would not resort to the weird, exotic and harmfull stuff like bathsalts, near as much. It has also been proven through deed, that when the drug laws are struck down, drug use goes down also. I personally believe that using a substance in one's body that is of unknown character and origin, is a very bad idea.

MESQUITE, NV (FOX5) -Authorities released the names of five family members who were killed in an apparent DUI-related rollover on Interstate 15 outside of the Las Vegas valley.
According to the Clark County Coroner's office, the people who died were identified as Genaro Fernandez, 31, of Norwalk, Calif.; Raudel Fernandez-Avila, 49, and Belen Fernandez, 53, both of Lynwood, Calif.; and Angela Sandoval, 13, and Leonardo Fernandez-Avila, 45, both of Los Angeles. Relatives of the victims said the five, along with two others, were traveling back to California on Saturday from Colorado, where they had been visiting a dying family member. According to Nevada Highway Patrol, a Dodge Durango driven by 18-year-old Jean Soriano struck the family's Chevrolet AstroVan from behind in the southbound I-15 at Mile Marker 101 near Mesquite at about 3 a.m.
As a result, the van overturned and continued off the road, ejecting five occupants, NHP said. The five who died in the crash were declared deceased at the scene, according to authorities. A 15-year-old boy and the 40-year-old woman who was driving the van were airlifted to University Medical Center in critical condition, troopers said. NHP also said Soriano's Dodge overturned and traveled off the road as well before coming to rest onto its roof. A 23-year-old man inside the Durango sustained non-life threatening injuries.
According to NHP, Soriano was treated and released at UMC before being booked into Clark County Detention Center on suspicion of driving under the influence.

It is going to continue to get worse as the collapse continues and the economy implodes. More unemployed, more people living together, more wandering about during the day. Higher tension between persons, more theft. People freaking out over minor situations.
These things are increasing along with higher utility bills, higher food prices, and the safety nets of welfare and government handouts decrease.
We are in it for the long haul good people.
TPTB know marijuana will keep the masses from rebelling. Watch for it to become more and more legal in the coming days.

You don't even need to do all this. Just get one of those medical prescription cards. They give them out like candy. In fact, they will probably start including them in cereal boxes.

I did a couple years ago.
Some peeps hollowed out the inside growth of a bunch of Karaganda bushes on an old farmstead we farm. Then they brought in pvc pipes to irrigate and planted every available inch with marijuana.
Looked just like a normal large stand of bushes you couldn't tell what was inside.
Found it in the fall after the foliage was gone. All the plants had been cut down and hauled away but they left behind the pvc pipe tons of 5 gallon buckets and a bunch of ammo stuck into the fingers of rubber gloves, actually quite a bit of ammo come to think about it.
Word around town was the growers had a disagreement and one of them left with all the goodies.

When we added onto my house we followed the california building codes carefully. As I watched, helped and questioned my brother and dad during the remodeling, I could understand why the code was there. A couple of times my dad told my brother, take that part down and redo it, and he did.
My add on is tough, strong, earthquake proof, etc.
Building to code is superior than some rinky-dink half-ass shelter that heavy winds will knock over.

How did we build buildings before 'Government' showed us how to? Does 'Government' make the sun rise to? LOL Give me a fucking break!
'Government' cannot do ANYTHING without fucking it up beyond all belief. Yet somehow, when it comes to building codes, they know exactly what they are doing? LOL
Lets say you build a basement in a well known flooded area. I might come over and say hey you might want to get some flood insurance. You tell me NO, you dont want to. Can i FORCE you to get insurance, even though i think it might be the right thing to do? NO I CANT.
So how the fuck can the 'Government' (Which is made up of the same species of humans) have the Power/Right to do what no mortal man can?
People that use fear tactics and the age old 'Its for your own safety' tool are the true definition of STATIST. I knew Book was, but now Ximmy?

My father had to leave his job as cabinet maker in Atlantic City because any change had to go back though engineering revision, no money was left in the end.
As with everything goobermental it snowballs into a big mess.
Anything under 3 stories should fall under guidelines & details consisting of nothing more than a single double sided piece of paper, any alternate or non-typical forms or methods/materials typically fall under other pre-manufacturered guidelines anyways.

Costa Rica's actually way over the top, the architect just takes 10% onto the top of any project.
Than he is responsible for all inspection, no building dept, no religion.
It kinda works such that everyplace you see is unique, allbeit with the cheapest materials and labor available because he stole the profit. :)

Its just the way it is, they always come up with more and more stupid codes, so you always leave something very obvious for the inspector to find.
New codes every year, now they build houses so tight you have to install a fan that introduces outside air into the home, it runs anywhere from 10 to 23 hours a day!
whoo hooo ........pay for that electricity.

When in Vegas the Mayor Jan Jones passed a law that every residence needed a hot water recirculating pump because you would waste plenty of water waiting for it to get hot.
The everyone noticed that their gas or electric bill added 15%.
It was then said you only need to provide for the option incase the city inspector timed the delivery & it took too long to get hot water to a certain appliance. and you would then need to add on the pump....I think the inspectors pockets got fuller after that one.

I would like to add that the primary building codes used across America are written and published by a private association of professionals, and that it's the local governments who adopt and enforce them. As sui juris pointed out above, some people think that without the state to enforce building codes, that building codes simply wouldn't exist and people would ignorantly construct defective structures. Well, that's nonsense! As a matter of fact, the first instances of building codes that came to be what we use today were written by fire insurance underwriters. A private insurance company, which, if you wanted your building insured, would require, by voluntary contract, the use of their code. Nobody would force you to use their code, but guess what, if you didn't, they wouldn't insure it! And what developer would build un-insurable property? Tenants wouldn't lease or purchase buildings that couldn't be insured! The fact is, we don't need the state to stick a gun in our belly and tell us how to build. Mutual self interest and voluntary contracts did the job fine until governments decided to take over. If Ximmy wanted to build a strong addition to her house, and if California declined to force her to do it their way, there would still be codes and guidelines to use as a basis for design. Don't think that without the precious "California building code" there would be nobody to help you do it right.

This is actually a fairly intelligent post,
as more than half the battle in dealing with stupidity, is recognizing it in oneself.

As with any work protected by the Federal Copyright Act, as amended in 1990, 17 U.S.C., copyright belongs to the creator of the work. Though the initial ideas for design belong to the homeowners, they are not a concrete piece of work and cannot be copyrighted. The blueprints are concrete and protected - and they belong to the architect, who created the blueprints, unless ownership is otherwise transferred. Thus, ownership of blueprint copyright is determined by the contract between the homeowners and parties responsible for building the home.
Oh...Madfranks is an UNLICENSED architect and his blueprint drawings are free to steal not "protected" by copyright.
:) yeah...right

A 19-year-old Florida man who twice called 911 because he “didn’t like how his mom was talking to him” was arrested early yesterday for misuse of the police emergency system.
Vincent Valvo was collared outside his Vero Beach home after a cop arrived there around 4:30 AM in response to the teenager’s second 911 call. Valvo, seen at right, complained about his mother in both calls, according to an Indian River County Sheriff’s Office report (http://i.cdn.turner.com/dr/teg/tsg/release/sites/default/files/assets/valvo911call.jpg). After his first 911 call, Valvo was “informed about the improper use of 911 and the penalty for doing so.” Following the second call, Valvo, who smelled of booze, was arrested for abuse of 911, a misdemeanor. Valvo was released from jail yesterday afternoon after posting $500 bond. He is scheduled for a May 14 Circuit Court appearance.
The sheriff’s report does not specify exactly how Valvo’s mom was talking to him.

(CNN) -- The five-minute video opens with a man cruising along in his car, cracking open a bottle of what appears to be Beck's beer and taking a swig.
"We all know drinking and driving is against the law. You're not supposed to do that. But they didn't say anything about driving and then drinking," the man says to the camera. "You just have to be learned enough to understand the symbols of drunkenness."
The man, Richard Godbehere, posted the clip in February under the title "Let's Go Driving, Drinking!" (http://item.liveleak.com/2/view?i=f2c_1361307771) to LiveLeak, a video-sharing site where users can vote on and donate to videos they like.Even so, he appeared surprised when police showed up at his house in Kapa'a, Hawaii, to arrest him on charges of consuming alcohol while operating a vehicle (http://www.kauai.gov/Portals/0/Mayor/PIO/NR3-20-13KPD.pdf) and driving without a license.

Man Wearing Novelty T-Shirt Arrested For Refusing To Leave South Carolina Park
A man wearing a novelty t-shirt with a sexually charged message was arrested Saturday after refusing a police order to leave a South Carolina park due to “the shirt with that phrase on it,” according to investigators.
Michael Miller, 50, was spotted “with a shirt that read ‘I May Not Be Mr. Right But I’ll Fuck You ‘Til He Shows Up,’” according to a Spartanburg Department of Public Safety report (http://i.cdn.turner.com/dr/teg/tsg/release/sites/default/files/assets/sctshirt.jpg). When cops approached Miller and told him that he was not allowed to wear the shirt in Spartanburg’s Barnet Park, he reportedly became irate and “said he would wear the shirt any fucking where he wanted to.”
Miller was then issued a trespass warning “from Barnet Park during the Rock the Denim event,” a yearly concert that is devoted to raising awareness of sexual violence against women. After refusing to leave the park, Miller--who cursed at and gave the finger to cops--was busted for disorderly conduct. He was released from custody Saturday evening after posting a $262 bond.
