Provident website slow.

From Provident:

NOTICE: We are experiencing extremely high order volumes and our servers are being strained. As a result, the website is slower than normal and we are unable to process orders over the phone. Please continue trying to place your order online. We are working to resolve the issue and appreciate your patience. Thank you for choosing Provident Metals!

sometimes switching browsers helps.

barring that, going to an internet cafe with faster / different Internet, might help.

Wow, that's good price on a buffalo. Do you trust them. I've never heard of them. I'm very skeptical to buy from strangers.

Their prices seem good across the board.

I haven't used them before, first time was this past Friday. I was on the other site and a few people were talking about them but they never used them. They're prices were the lowest that I found.

You'd think that there would be plenty of gold and silver available, what with all this heavy selling going on.

What's that you say? People weren't rushing to the retailers to sell their gold at $1300 and their silver at $20? Then what's all this panic selling I'm hearing about?!?

I met the owner a few years back at a coin show. I think he was just getting started then (maybe 2009, 2010). I gave him the web address for this forum then. I don't know if he ever visited. Looks like they have been successful, opening a new store in Scottsdale. He seemed like a nice enough guy. Can't say much more than that about him.
