I just called the company and I asked her "Are you selling physical gold and silver or only paper?" and she says "Oh no, we don't sell paper only gold and silver", me "You mean that you have physical gold and silver for sell right now?", she "Oh yes, we can deliver the metal to you sometime in the future", me "Ok, you are only selling paper, thank you"...CLIK.
