TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) — Tupelo's police chief said Everett Dutschke is under arrest in connection wth the ricin letters sent to President Obama, U.S. Senator Roger Wicker and Lee County Justice Court Judge Sadie Holland.

Chief Tony Carleton said Dutschke was arrested around 1 a.m. Saturday by the FBI and turned over to the U.S. Marshals Service. There's no word on what the charges against him will be.

A law enforcement source told WTVA Dutschke is being held in the Lafayette County Detention Center. The source added that any appearance by the defendant in U.S. District Court would not happen until Monday.

Dutschke's Tupelo home was searched Tuesday after his name was brought up during a preliminary hearing for Kevin Curtis.

Curtis was originally charged in the case, but the charge against him was later dropped.

Here is the second or third (not sure) candidate for guilty party:

AP sources: Texas actress arrested in ricin case (http://news.yahoo.com/ap-sources-texas-actress-arrested-ricin-case-180740850.html)

"... A pregnant Texas actress who told FBI agents her husband had sent ricin-tainted letters to President Barack Obama and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has been arrested for orchestrating the scheme herself, law enforcement officials said Friday.

It was not immediately clear what charges would be filed against Shannon Guess Richardson of New Boston, Texas, a mother of five who has played bit roles in television shows. Two U.S. law enforcement officials confirmed her arrest to The Associated Press but spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly during the ongoing investigation..."

Is this guy a celeb or something? A truth seeker? Seems like his name is "leading" the story which is a bit different to the usual format. Normally "terrorist" or similar leads the story.
