I am looking for organic, non-hybrid corn seed to grow this year. I want to be able to save my seed and plant the next year so hybrid is out. I don't want seed that has been treated either. I figure a lot of you folks do gardening or farming and may have a line on such an animal. I see it on e-bay but I don't think the prices are very good. Two or three pounds of seeds would do me. Any suggestions?

James McCanney was selling some seed all of last year. He might be selling this year. I haven't heard him mention the corn for sale yet.

Try Johnnies or Stokes. They have quite a few varieties of Corn. I'm growing three types this year.

Jonny's seemed pretty decent.Territorial had some nice seeds and prices were in line. I ended up ordering from High Mowing. They had the right stuff and prices were in line. You definitely pay more for organic seed but I don't want to risk my bees or my health. I just hope my neighbors don't put any GMO's in.
