Shotgun chamber adapters

Anyone have any experience with these? These seem pretty cool, although im not sure about the actual accuracy.....Seems like more for fun.

They make a version with an extended version for example .22LR. They say it is very accurate up to 100yds...Costs $109

Sorta of a nice ideal, and it should work, the only problem I see is that sights that would need to be mounted. Unless one is very good with using "Kentucky" windage.
