Ok short vox pop video, talking points on patient dumping. Probably been mentioned here before, Obamacare and such. For profit hospitals need to reduce their Hipocratic liabilities that are unfairly forced upon them by some kind of imposed social contract. This is why health care provision should always be via a Govt service...... but not US Govt as it stands but 1970s Gov when a) it had ethics and b) people respected some govt professions like health education and public safety.

Of course that is the bit you don't get with private providers of what were once Government social obligations. That is the reason a society is created in the begining. For instance Australia and the UK had world class public (free) health care. Nurses were respected. Hospitals did a good job, were clean, well funded and operated. More people walked out of hospitals than went out in bags - flipped the other way these days.
Now they get the money for treatment and they can ditch the patient so they don't have to provide the actual treatment they got paid for.
I think we can see where this scam is going.
