The truth is they are not doing it for sport. Apparently these pigs cause millions$ worth of damage so these guys are hired to do it. In Texas, no one can pay to do it: http://www.apexhelicopters.net/docs/LOA_Wildlife.pdf (i.e., no sport shooting).
