It is in fact the UT song, The Eyes of Texas (Are Upon You) which sounds similar to I've Been Working On The Railroad. And the attendees are flashing the 'Hook 'em' sign - which just happens to be the sign of the Lucifer worshipers. That music at the beginning was definitely weird though.
