This book covers Israel and their relationships with the US and others over a period of about 30 years from roughly 1960 through 1990. It appears that not much has changed for the Israelis except they have more power because they have more nuclear weapons, and more chutzpah.

i wonder how the Israeli Jews live with that. it would be like living in California, and having nuclear testing going on in or Utah.
