Went to town a while ago to buy some milk and bread and saw the burned down post office.......they are still separating the burn out mail............AND.........a block away a taco place went up last night, a grease fire, they say, but.....you need a match to start a grease fire, no?

There was nothing but for the front counter.......I had to go over to city hall where up front they have a brand new mail deposit stand...........that makes six fires in one year, 3 houses, 2 business and the post office.

If the oil in a deep fat fryer is too low the heating coils can ignite it, but if they were closed for the evening it should have been turned off. Also, there should have been a system in place over it that has a small piece of lead that would melt and drop a chemical into the oil in effect turning the fat into a non burning soap like compound.

Something smells fishy, and I don't mean dirty deep fat fryer oil.

I used to work in a professional kitchen and it happened to me several times, but I always put the lid on the fryer immediately to put the fire out. It typically happens when you are about to clean out the fryer, partially full, very dirty, and leave it on too hot....and unattended for a while.

Basically every time it happened was when the illegal alien overnight cleaners were cleaning it out and they didn't turn the heat off...

Hang in there, maybe you can get hired to counsel them on a new restaurant franchise and build a new place for the post office and lease it to them? Just got back from town after going to the thrieft store........any 8 articles of clothing for $5.00, got hold of 40 articles for $25.00.........Wowwwwwwwwwww fantastic buy.

Sopped over to talk to my only friend in this town and he told me that City Hall should be next.....all that they want is more and more taxes from businesses, a tiny new Mexican place "Mamacitas" just oppened up, there has been 8 bussiness in that place sinse I moved here.....it is a 12X15 building.

Sun is shinning and a lot of old cars for sale with a few new ones.

I hate to say this........but.......my tiny town is starting to look like BIGGGGGGGGGGGG town, I am out front working on my scooter, in the shade of course, when a sherrif car goes by like a bullet then an ambulance then two fire trucks and then another cops car.....what the hellllllllll.....and then a big bike went by at 100 miles ahour and the a state police car at 150 miles per hour (remember that is all hills and curves around here)......finish with my scoother and took it out and what do I see? three cops car for one bike.......I made an about face and came back home.........earlier today while in town about 50 bikes went by, maybe that's why.......now you can call me "big town Ponce" hahahahahahah''

It looks like today is my day to report........four light planes and three BIGGGGGGGG planes flew overhead today, the most that we have here is a hobby flyer about once every two or three weeks in summer..........something is going on.
