this is what the "Strong Dollar Policy" that Greenspan talked about 20 years ago, has morphed into.

but the manipulation is designed to make investing in PM's a frustrating experience, and to push them into the stock market.

Silver is moseying along in a fairly narrow channel sideways with a general downward trend. This is about 9 or 10 days now. So far, I am not seeing the break out either way.

We will need to start the old deflation / inflation conversation again. Ben's helicopters are all grounded.
