On June 6th, 2013, the Los Angeles police department Swat team participated in a drill on city streets. The drill was a mock terrorist attack on actual downtown city streets. I have made a post of the drill yesterday:

I see the Umberti Outlaw has a loading gate and an ejector rod which means it can only be unloaded/loaded a single round at a time as you rotate the cylinder after each spent round unloading/live round loading. Quite an 'assault weapon' there I must say. And I've never seen triangular handguards which were CAR length - what the hell is someone going to do with just an upper receiver, bludgeon someone with it?? ??? I wonder what they did with that evil AR that he allegedly used, no reason not to trot that out as well. Just like all the other incidents, this one stinks as well.

Note that there's no bolt carrier or charging handle in that upper, the only reason to carry a spare upper is in case you get the mother of all jams (normal for the AR) in which case you'd need a spare bolt carrier group to go with your spare upper -

Also, why is the revolver still loaded? This photo is suspect. No lower receiver. Baby blue mags because they look odd. And an old loaded revolver just sitting there. Anyone who took any gun safety course would have secured that revolver.
