I learnt Tai chi some decades back now and have taught it too people here and there.
At the moment I have taken over from a previous teacher and pupils.
My form is the yang 108,where as most tai chi is the shortened Beijing 24
This yang 108 style was taught by a Chinese guy for free for many years .Mr Hu escaped the Chinese revolution in his fishing boat by sailing away with some others when they took over China. He arrived in NZ and lived in Christchurch.
Now these students are practicing something I had never heard of before and its called shi bashi.
Across between Qigong and tai chi ,what ever that means but it dosnt matter .
These very simple to do movements with enormous benefits too a person that does them.
So for a quick self help course on them and save at the same time here it is for free, you just have to follow the list and watch a video ,this is just a video picked out and others may help if you search.

much easier to learn than tai chi and a lot quicker as these are simple to learn and they are called names as it helps remember what they are.
these movements could be learnt within 3 weeks or even a few days whereas tai chi may take many months.
